“Mishka at the printing station was working hard on banners with graduation season in full bloom. I seen the sign saying pre-orders only and saw a man at the copy machine needing help. I was next in line - just in case they could fulfill my small request of 1 4x6 photo print.

The guy at the copy machine asked for her help and she did. She asked what I needed on the way back to banners. I told her I seen the sign but thought I’d check, since it’s just 1 small print.

She said she could do it pretty quickly.

Double checked size before printing and we she shared she’s glad it’s graduation season is almost over.

I asked how much and she gave me the photo 🥲

They all seem genuinely happy to be working there which leads me to think that the owner treats them well and values them. Each one of them is friendly, thorough, efficient, and professional.”

“Just want to give these guys a huge shout out for being awesome. I needed a large-format scientific poster printed same day after traveling from out of town. Not only did they answer the phone right away (no automated phone tree to deal with like some other larger companies), they were friendly, helpful and willing to get my poster printed later that afternoon. They accepted electronic files which I sent through their website. Richard followed up with me by phone a couple of times that day to ensure everything down to the margins was perfect. Their facility is located a short driving distance from Ko'Olina hotels, so I was there and back in no time! Take note that if you need a poster tube or something to carry it in on a flight, it would be best if you brought your own as this was not something they carried.
