“The best! I've never needed anything professionally framed until my wife got their law degree. This place was so good I got two more things framed by them too. Staff is the best. They are attentive and actually listen! Theyre helpful in aesthetic ideas (which people like me definitely need). Super communicative about timelines and direct calls if any decisions need to be made. The store front is awesome too. You can see all kinds of different things you can frame like graduation photos, jerseys, diplomas.”

“I have been using this particular store for years. I cannot say I recommend any other UPS Store. This is a special place because of the employees. They all seem genuinely happy to be working there which leads me to think that the owner treats them well and values them. Each one of them is friendly, thorough, efficient, and professional.”

“Just want to give these guys a huge shout out for being awesome. I needed a large-format scientific poster printed same day after traveling from out of town. Not only did they answer the phone right away (no automated phone tree to deal with like some other larger companies), they were friendly, helpful and willing to get my poster printed later that afternoon. They accepted electronic files which I sent through their website. Richard followed up with me by phone a couple of times that day to ensure everything down to the margins was perfect. Their facility is located a short driving distance from Ko'Olina hotels, so I was there and back in no time! Take note that if you need a poster tube or something to carry it in on a flight, it would be best if you brought your own as this was not something they carried. But the print quality and color were absolutely professional and I could not have been happier. Thanks, Professional Image!”

“First time shopping at this location. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a couple of salespersons. One of them walked me over to the paint markers I was interested in. Then, while I walked to another part of the store browsing at UPS Battery Backups, another salesperson came to ask me if I needed assistance. I inquired if the one I was looking at ever goes on sale and she did a price match on her device and found I could get it at a cheaper price and there was no sale sign posted in the store. That was a pleasant surprise. She even informed the cashier ahead of time so I didn't have any issues at the register. Everyone seemed helpful and polite. No pushy atmosphere. When I researched the price when I got home, I found the price OfficeMax gave me was way cheaper than BestBuy, Walmart and Amazon. I'll definitely come back to shop here.”

“Mishka at the printing station was working hard on banners with graduation season in full bloom. I seen the sign saying pre-orders only and saw a man at the copy machine needing help. I was next in line - just in case they could fulfill my small request of 1 4x6 photo print. (Bad timing on my part) The guy at the copy machine asked for her help and she did. She asked what I needed on the way back to banners. I told her I seen the sign but thought I’d check, since it’s just 1 small print. She said she could do it pretty quickly. Double checked size before printing and we she shared she’s glad it’s graduation season is almost over. I asked how much and she gave me the photo 🥲 5 STARS ⭐ Respect to the printing station during grad season!”
