“We thought we were all ready to print our Nana's Memorial flyer from our thumb drive. Turns out Mac Pages is not compatible. Taylor M. was very patient and helpful. He assisted us in changing the document to PDF without leaving the store. Saving us time and more so, frustration. We were pleasantly surprised by the level customer service provided. Reviewing the flyer at home, Taylor was the talk of the evening. Out of town family agreeing they would not have gotten that kind of help back home. “Parking is very limited here but the service is wonderful. I called and asked if they printed headshots with resumes, which they do! To save me time, they gave me their email address to which I sent my files to, along with the specs for what was needed, then they called when it was ready for me to pick it up. Once there, my order was ready and I was in-and-out in less than five minutes. We certainly will be returning for our future printing needs.”

“If you need a print shop that provides quick service, is reliable, affordable, and communicates with you on your needs THIS place is it! I needed to have back up vinyl labels made for my company the following day, and finding a place that printed vinyl AND could do the job in less than 24hrs was close to impossible! I reached out to various print shops that either didn't make vinyl stickers or couldn't finish the job by the following day without having a sizeable expedite fee.. it was a nightmare honestly before I came across this place. I spoke with Billy and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with walking me through my needs. He was quick to understand what I needed and even gave me options on how I wanted it to come out, which was nice. He assured me my request could be finished by when I needed it and by the end of the day, they had finished the job and informed me it was ready for pick up the following morning. “I dont really ever leave reviews...However...i must say....i had THEE BEST EXPERINCE at Signs Today...!!!I wanted to print some vinyl stickers for my car and only had an idea of what i wanted...I tried going to a few print shops but they werent really much help at all....they told me that i needed to give them a file for them to print it and gave me some quotes.Im not too good with computers and designing stuff...so needless to say...i was about to give up.Anyway, i gave it one more shot and stopped by Signs Today...and im So Glad i did..!! Not only did they take the time to listen to what i wanted, they sent me a few samples for me to choose from. I liked one of the samples but wanted to "tweak" it a little...and they didnt mind doing the revisions for me...a couple times...lolI mustve been a nightmare customer for them, but they didnt show it and were super nice throughout the whole process.Their customer service was EXCELLENT...the price was GREAT...and the turnaround time was SUPER QUICK...!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for ANY and ALL printing needs...!!!THANKS SIGNS TODAY...i WISH ALL BUSINESSES were LIKE YOU...!!!”

“This UPS Store has to be the best! I got a PO Box thinking that the Manoa Post Office was going to close which ended up staying open. Even though the rate is higher here I decided to stay because the service is excellent. They always acknowledge you as you enter. What amazes me is that they all remember your name and box number. Last noght I went in right before closing and to make copies of over 100 sheets of different flyers. The young man there did it and was so polite.He really showed true customer service. Most places when you go in that late to do what I did would have given you attitude or turned you away.I can go on about all the things that they do over and beyond.I highly recommend this store for all your needs.”

Since the FedEx pace in Kaneohe closed down, this is where all my Amazon returns go from and I've never had any problems except printing one page labels from my thumb drive is like $1.30? They charge for TIME? Expensive!”
