I went AutoZone Kapaa because my pick up truck suddenly stopped. Alex patiently listened to the complications I was having with the truck, and provided me with professional help, and although he was at the end of his shift, and he was kind enough to offered to do the oil change! I am extremely pleased with the service he provided me with. Thank you Alex!!!

Went into Auto Zone with a fender grill issue on my rental car that I was worried would cost me. Kai asked to take a look, as the car was outside. Long story short: instead of trying to sell me a specialty tool I may not be able to use, he fixed it in 5 minutes. Amazing customer service. Great kid. Thanks Kai.

Awesome! Went above and beyond for me today. I believe the guy who helped me today was Ryan. I had a light come on in my car in regards to being low on coolant. This has never happened and I don’t know anything about cars… Ryan checked the coolant - explained a lot of other stuff to look for under my hood and then helped me find the correct product + added the coolant for me. Very very helpful ! Hope that I was correct with the name. Mahalo again!!!!

Get in the Zone #AutoZone
My daughter and I were stranded one Tuesday afternoon, and we came into Kapa’a Auto Zone to purchase a battery charger. (Mommy left the keys in the ignition lol) Well the braddahs & friends at Auto zone helped us out with no hesitation. They were so friendly, caring, and altruistic. They let us borrow one of their battery chargers, and saved the day. They even offered to test our battery, free of charge. Modern day superheroes for sure! Love y’all! Much mahaloz. We’ll be back again soon.

I was in the parking lot and had a flat tire. Went in, asked for help, and in under one minute had a pump in hand and was able to fix the car right away - they wouldn’t even take a tip. These guys are total life savers, thank you so much!

Everytime I've been in there the employees are super nice and helpful! I'm use to going into auto stores and associates treating me like a know nothing but that's definitely not an issue I've run into here. Would recommend to other mechanically inclined females, or others in general
