I practice hot yoga regularly and when I travel I try to find studios offering the same type of classes (90 minutes, traditional sequence of postures, heated room). This studio in Kapa'a is one of my favorites because of it's relaxed, island vibe. They make it easy for visitors with mat and towel rental and an outdoor shower.

Great opportunity to practice yoga while on vacation. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I just wish more times were available for class so I could have attended daily. Next time I'm on the island, I'll be back!
