Loved yoga on the beach with soothing waves crashing in the background and seeing the sunrise.Sound bath was meditative, cleansing, and rejuvenating. Thank you Anya for a wonderful start to my Sunday morning on this beautiful island!

The sound bath and Yoga on Sunday was amazing! Being outside near the beach listening to the waves snd the sounds was so relaxing, healing and best way to start the day! I highly recommend it.
