Same thing as everyone else. They don’t pick up their phone. Had car worked on by guy named Zeke. Very rude. Overworked. Took car in two days in a row for two different tires. I suspect this rude Zeke guy messed with my other tire out of spite. Stay as far away from this place as possible if you value your car.... read full comment

called to find out if advance appointment for tire dept was required. 5 attempts, then tried calling other departments. 35min later, no one in any dept ever answered the phone.

Got into a minor accident today and showed up as a walk in to Costco tire center in Kapolei with an un-drivable Jeep Wrangler. They got me in and had me back on the road within an hour. Highly recommend! These guys were fantastic! Thank you so much!
