  I’ve been a member for years. But when redeeming my points to get a 2 day free rental I’ve encountered an issue with them. They keep saying there’s an issue with my credit cards. Yet I encountered no issues with Avis. So I’m done with enterprise! And I’ll let everyone in my circle as well.

  No cars availability, try different date.Different day - No cars availability, try different date. ??? basically no enterprise here, it’s a fake.

  Easy to pick up and return, very nice and helpful!!! Clean car and everything including the booster seat was ready to go.
