Nice, quite place to live. The Kapolei shopping mall is a short drive away. Overall would recommend for someone who wants to live outside of the city.

Overbearing HOA. If you're okay with having the rule book thrown at you every other day by all means. Otherwise be ready to have the HOA critique every little thing about your unit that can be seen from the outside.
