“Tuesday morning on August 1, 2023 I arrived at the Diagnostic Laboratory Service in Kapolei Marketplace to do my blood works. I noticed there were several people inside the establishment already. I grabbed a paper ticket and waited patiently for my turn. In less than five minutes I heard someone say "99". I looked down at the paper ticket and seen the number 99. I handed the female worker my state identification card and gave her my phone number as well as the info on who the blood work results should be sent to. I followed the worker to a room where my blood works took place. The wahine employee informed me that her name is Angela and that she'll do the process of withdrawing blood from my arm. Two vials were filled and the blood was taken from the left arm. Throughout the process I had my eyes closed since I don't really care for needles. Diagnostic Laboratory Service in Kapolei Marketplace will be my go to place for blood works. After all get several choices of food establishments nearby in case I get hungry.”

“I took my 3 hour glucose test here today, personally, I had such good service from brittani & Mel. They were both so kind, patient, and knew how to draw blood quickly. They both did amazing and I appreciated how on it they were over the course of 3 hours. They even let me wait in my car. Thank you brittani and Mel! I appreciated the kind customer service :)”

“9-20-21 I visited this location at Straub Kapolei, Ka MakanaAlii by Pet Smart. Had gone in for my regular 6 month check up and my favorite internist asked, Can you take a urine test today? The computer showed I was overdue for one. Sure. His office is on the 2 Nd floor and the lab is on the first floor next to the elevator. The lab door is closed so you take a number then press a button. A tech will come to get you. They are so nice. My doctor gave me the paperwork but told me to say, Only one urine test. The woman who took me inside gave me the "cup" which I dread the most with my name written on it. Truthfully I rather have several vials of blood taken instead. For this and only this reason alone I think being a male is easier to collect a specimen for this lab test. I asked the two female techs is there a trick to do this? They both shared their technique and we had a good laugh. When I was done one of them asked, Success? Yup as I placed the capped container in the basket. Glad that was over.”
