“Recently, my baby, Kiara, developed blood in her stool. One morning, after the problem got worse, I called but they were booked for the day. But they squeezed me in and problem solved. Over many years (3 dogs), they have been professional and efficient--never have I felt that I was kept waiting unnecessarily. And they seem to enjoy working there, which translates to a very friendly staff.”

“We love this clinic?
After we moved we struggled a bit with finding the right vet who could help our cats. They’ve been struggling after the change, two have been fighting and one has been isolating.
Our first visit we met with a vet who suggested environment changes and setting up spaces for each cat so they could feel more comfortable. She gave us a print out as well with suggestions and tips on how to deescalate cat fights and it even had a list of suggested toys and trees! This helped a lot, we got a wheel for our Manx who has a lot of energy and she stopped fighting our male cat, the cat trees also helped our other female to have spaces and spots near my husband while he’s home who she absolutely adores. The only one who still wasn’t settling was our male.
Our second visit was to talk about our male cat specifically. We were concerned that something was happening that we couldn’t see. Pain, anxiety, or some other factor as he was pacing the house, meowing constantly, and completely inconsolable. The vet was completely on track with us, she suggested a blood panel to check for an underlying condition as well as a pain killer since he is older and is high risk for arthritic pain. We are waiting for an appointment to get the blood panel done since he needs to be sedated for it (he’s spicy but we love him), but we are very pleased with our experience so far ?
Update: the painkillers helped our boy so much and he became so much happier and cuddlier after this pain was managed.
We unfortunately had to say goodbye to him in September when he had a urinary blockage. It was an extremely hard time for me, he had been my companion for 10 years and played a huge part in my life and in the lives of others who knew him. This hospital did an amazing job being compassionate and kind during the whole process. They handled everything delicately and professionally while also being willing to work with and communicate with us on every aspect. I cannot emphasize how much this hospital has solidified a spot in our family’s heart.

She is great with all my animals and my dog Kaia specifically calms down when she see her-we request her every time. I make my appointments based on her schedule-you will love the family atmosphere and just the love they give to all who come here”

“Leeward Pet Clinic is absolutely amazing!! The staff is so caring and sweet, and Dr Gulliver is so knowledgeable. He is like a mad scientist but in the best way. He will explain everything that he is thinking and give you options that are both in the best interest of the pet and your pocketbook. Most labs and procedures can be done directly in clinic without waiting for results which in turn leads to less repetitive visits and $$$. I hope this place is around for many many years to come. Don't ever retire OK Doc :)”
“Ive had bad experiences and the vet before, so when i say this hospital was incredible, i mean it. Every member of the staff especially the doctors were so caring and went above and beyond to make sure me and my cat were satisfied. Dr. Yap was the one taking care of my cat, and she was wonderful!! me and my cat left happier than ever and i can tell she already feels much better than she does going to other vet hospitals. i would 100% recommend going here for any pet needs, less money for better service”

“What honestly wonderful people, everyone from the front desk, to the technicians, and the doctors were so kind and accommodating getting all three of my pets in last minute. Dr. Tokayama did a great job explaining her recommendations and caring for them all. My dog is very anxious at the vet and honestly this was the most “relaxed” he’s been in a while. I haven’t had such a great vet experience in a while, and am honestly so grateful for the level of care my animals received. Thank you!”
“Absolutely the best veterinary experience we have ever had. Our beloved Iniki was ready to cross the rainbow bridge and our regular vet did not have time to fit us in. I searched and was lucky enough to find Mililani Town Center Pet Clinic and the incredible Dr. Jordan.We made an appointment and even though they did not know us or Iniki, they were so kind, so thoughtful, so understanding and so professional that our Iniki's last moments were precious. Dr. Jordan and his assistant Charlie truly love animals and it is obvious in the care they show. The front desk staff were so sweet as well, especially Angelica. When I returned to retrieve Iniki's ashes a couple days later, they had washed and rolled up the beach towel we used to bring him in.Today a sympathy card arrived in the mail hand written by Dr. Jordan and it was priceless and so heartfelt. We have moved our other dog Kona's records over to MTCPC and we will never be looking for another vet!Aloha and mahalo nui loa to Dr. Jordan and his wonderful staff!”

“I've been taking my dogs there for the past 8 yrs and loved both Dr Francis and Dr Darren, father and son duo. Dr Francis is ol school and talks to the owner directly, especially during this covid craziness. Dr. Darren will call you and let you know the updates. They are still not allowing owner and their pets in the office and you will have to call the office and they'll come out to get your pet. Their cost still remain affordable when paying cash. I enjoy the supporting staff too.”

Great customer service, fair prices compared to everyone else in the area (even ones that claimed to be the cheapest, but tried to charge hundreds for things we didn't need), and efficient. I already thought they were awesome, but then when it was time to move off island they were even more amazing! They helped me plan appts accordingly, and they filed my animals paperwork for the airport with individual name tabs (because I have 4 animals). It was very helpful. Thanks for everything!”
