Dr. Hester, Linda, Kaylen and the entire team, including the veterinary technicians (I wish I remembered everyone’s name!) and front office staff, have been nothing short of exceptional. We adopted a very sick kitten and also have an older cat who struggles with anxiety and respiratory issues. From our very first visit, Dr. Hester and the staff made us feel secure in that we were getting the best care for our cats. They took the time to listen to all of our concerns and provided tailored care for both of our cats. Our kitties are MUCH better now, but even so Dr Hester and the team are so responsive and understanding for any health concerns we have. They treat not just our kitten, but our anxious older (big and kind of mean) cat with such kindness and understanding. Their ability to handle our shy cats with such care and professionalism is truly commendable.
