Great customer service, fair prices compared to everyone else in the area (even ones that claimed to be the cheapest, but tried to charge hundreds for things we didn't need), and efficient. I already thought they were awesome, but then when it was time to move off island they were even more amazing! They helped me plan appts accordingly, and they filed my animals paperwork for the airport with individual name tabs (because I have 4 animals). It was very helpful. Thanks for everything!”

“My neighbor recommended VCA Kapolei. Our cat got sick just before we were to be heading out on a trip. I called and they didn’t have any appointments because it was last minute but they were able to squeeze us in, which I really appreciated, as we were leaving the next day. The staff and the vet were great. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. They communicated well and provided great care for our cat, as well as following up a few days after to check in. I really appreciated everyone at this office and would recommend them to anyone who asks.”

“We love this clinic? After we moved we struggled a bit with finding the right vet who could help our cats. They’ve been struggling after the change, two have been fighting and one has been isolating. Our first visit we met with a vet who suggested environment changes and setting up spaces for each cat so they could feel more comfortable. She gave us a print out as well with suggestions and tips on how to deescalate cat fights and it even had a list of suggested toys and trees! This helped a lot, we got a wheel for our Manx who has a lot of energy and she stopped fighting our male cat, the cat trees also helped our other female to have spaces and spots near my husband while he’s home who she absolutely adores. The only one who still wasn’t settling was our male. Our second visit was to talk about our male cat specifically. We were concerned that something was happening that we couldn’t see. Pain, anxiety, or some other factor as he was pacing the house, meowing constantly, and completely inconsolable. The vet was completely on track with us, she suggested a blood panel to check for an underlying condition as well as a pain killer since he is older and is high risk for arthritic pain. We are waiting for an appointment to get the blood panel done since he needs to be sedated for it (he’s spicy but we love him), but we are very pleased with our experience so far ? Update: the painkillers helped our boy so much and he became so much happier and cuddlier after this pain was managed. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to him in September when he had a urinary blockage. It was an extremely hard time for me, he had been my companion for 10 years and played a huge part in my life and in the lives of others who knew him. This hospital did an amazing job being compassionate and kind during the whole process. They handled everything delicately and professionally while also being willing to work with and communicate with us on every aspect. I cannot emphasize how much this hospital has solidified a spot in our family’s heart. Thank you guys for all you do?”

They anticipated my needs before I could even ask & even went the extra mile to separate my paperwork, give me extra copies & advise me how to display them on the kennels. Doc was very informative & thorough & the techs were fast & efficient! Very reasonably priced & fast service. I cant say enough good things about how wonderful they are!”

“The staff is so friendly. I brought my dog here for physical therapy. They were gentle and kind with my dog. She is a typical mame shiba. Due to the gentle treatment of the staff, she was very agreeable to the laser treatment and going through the exercises. The staff provided excellent training for me to do pt at home in between appointments. I highly recommend this vet. They are very busy so it is challenging to get into their schedule but well worth any wait.”

“I've been taking my dogs there for the past 8 yrs and loved both Dr Francis and Dr Darren, father and son duo. Dr Francis is ol school and talks to the owner directly, especially during this covid craziness. Dr. Darren will call you and let you know the updates. They are still not allowing owner and their pets in the office and you will have to call the office and they'll come out to get your pet. Their cost still remain affordable when paying cash. I enjoy the supporting staff too.”

“SO GRATEFUL!!! ❤ my family was in the parking lot walking to get shave ice and we witnessed a small kitten get its back legs hit by a car and run away under a car crying in pain, I ran inside panicked and told them what we just saw and 3 different employees ran out IMMEDIATELY and were able to get the kitten and rush back inside to provide care. I just wanted to share, you guys are incredible. I would 100% take my animal here in the event of a emergency because I KNOW if they provide the care and urgency to a stray kitten, they will take care of your fur baby❤”
