“This review is over due. My apology to Ted and the staff. This is actually a 2 part review. The first part is for Rag's German Auto. The 2nd part is for the Mercedes-Benz Kona Svc. Ctr. staff and Paulette. On my older 2003 E320 sedan, I had problems with the SBC module for the brakes. Turns out that after checking out the car, Ted said there might be an extended warranty on it by MB. Turns out there was. Ted referred me over the Paulette at the MB Svc. Ctr. Ted treated me fairly and worked other issues. He told me that he could do the repairs but the car was still covered by extended warranty by MB. He then moved my car over to worked on by Paulette and her staff. End of part 1. I recommend Rag's and would not hesitate for them to work on my Mercedes Benz.”

Dan did an excellent job removing the original part and installing the new one.
What would have taken me a few hours he did in 20 minutes. My truck sounds great.
When I went to pay him, he refused any money. I insisted but so did he. He told me in the spirit of aloha, there was no charge.
I highly recommend this shop! Not because of the free work but because of the exceptional service and the gracious people Aloha.”

“I have never had a bad experience at Lex Brodie, from the fast lube, to buying tires, to the car wash, to today's appointment: safety inspection. The staff are competent and outgoing, and with an online appointment, I was in and out in 45 minutes. Gabby even checked to be sure I wanted my inspection on Sept 23, when it wasn't due until October, and warned me I'd be "losing" one month. Mahalo for looking out for me!”

“The reason I am writing this is because getting repairs on your vehicle brings uncertainty. I felt that I was taken care of straight by Goodyear Kona. Which means a lot more to me than explaining customer service but getting it done.
Came in for an oil change for F150 w/50k miles. Thomas was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Services were explained and performed in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Subsequently, I was hoping that the service and tire rotation would resolve a humming noise that was coming from my front end. The tire rotation and rebalancing did not alleviate the problem. I scheduled an appointment and brought my truck back next day. Tony diagnosed the problem as a wheel bearing. They replaced same day. Back on the road safely no more humming. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and adept in clearly explaining the problem to me and taking care of it. Skilled communicator and Great mechanic! You’re lucky to have him . Job well done!! Mahalo..”

We limped in to Mr. Dixon‘s 76 service station with a flat tire and a gentleman greeted me at the Air fill station. I asked if I could use his jack to put on the spare tire and he said don’t worry about it, I’ll take care of you. I backed into one of his service bays and 10 minutes later, the spare was on. Turns out this was Mr. Dixon himself! How do you say “lucky” in Hawaiian because that’s how I feel today…. except of course for the flat tire course.
