“I had an excellent experience with Kraftsman, and I especially want to recognize Jeremy Thuma, the Production Manager / Damage Appraiser, for the exceptional way he handled the repair of my brand-new Toyota 4Runner.
The vehicle needed body damage repair, and when we initially came to pick it up after the work was completed, we noticed a small imperfection that had been overlooked. What impressed me most was how Jeremy responded. He immediately took full responsibility and was not satisfied with simply making a minor touch-up or trying to explain it away.
Instead, he made the decision to redo the repair properly from scratch. This was no small undertaking—they had to reorder parts and disassemble and reassemble the entire left side of the vehicle again to make sure everything was corrected to the proper standard.
Jeremy clearly takes tremendous pride in his work and genuinely cares about the quality of the final result and the customer's satisfaction. His professionalism, accountability, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional throughout the process.
Mistakes or imperfections can happen with any repair, but what really distinguishes a great business is how they respond when something is not quite right. Jeremy's response gave me tremendous confidence in Kraftsman and showed me that they truly stand behind their work.
I would highly recommend Kraftsman, and especially Jeremy, to anyone looking for an auto body shop that cares about doing the job right.”

“This review is over due. My apology to Ted and the staff. This is actually a 2 part review. The first part is for Rag's German Auto. The 2nd part is for the Mercedes-Benz Kona Svc. Ctr. staff and Paulette. On my older 2003 E320 sedan, I had problems with the SBC module for the brakes. Turns out that after checking out the car, Ted said there might be an extended warranty on it by MB. Turns out there was. Ted referred me over the Paulette at the MB Svc. Ctr. Ted treated me fairly and worked other issues. He told me that he could do the repairs but the car was still covered by extended warranty by MB. He then moved my car over to worked on by Paulette and her staff. End of part 1. I recommend Rag's and would not hesitate for them to work on my Mercedes Benz.”
“Sam was great. He put a new clutch in my Tacoma. It required resurfacing the flywheel which he took care of quickly. He had me back on the road in a day and a half. You can tell he loves what he does. Quick, honest, and very knowledgeable.”

Dan did an excellent job removing the original part and installing the new one.
What would have taken me a few hours he did in 20 minutes. My truck sounds great.
When I went to pay him, he refused any money. I insisted but so did he. He told me in the spirit of aloha, there was no charge.
I highly recommend this shop! Not because of the free work but because of the exceptional service and the gracious people Aloha.”

I was in touch with Michelle who immediately texted me the estimate after our phone call. The day before my appointment, she checked in to confirm it with me. I dropped off the car and it only took 2-3 hours until they said it was finished (my past experiences elsewhere have been all day). “Came in to I.P.O. a few weeks after putting new terrain tires on my 2021 4Runner, to get a 2" lift kit. After their installation, I noticed what seemed to be a new, very slight vibration in my frame and steering wheel. Thought it was from the lift kit they installed (turns out it wasn't). Jeff offered to check it out, and he did. A couple hours after dropping it off, it was ready to pick up. So, what was I problem, I asked. The front tires were out of balance, he discovered, and he rebalanced them all FOR FREE! Without my even asking! And wouldn't even accept cash on the counter. These guys are real professionals, when they step "outside of the box" to troubleshoot and get things fixed. I'll be back there anytime I have a 4WD or suspension issue!! Total trust.”
“After talking to multiple mechanic shops and getting quotes for my water pump to be replaced, I landed at Gold Coast Exhaust. Not only did they do the work for a reasonable price, they were good communicators...and they did the work on the day they said they could do it. They also fixed a couple of small issues that they discovered while they had everything torn apart. For a simple part, it's a long process to get it done, and I'm glad to say I'll be back when I need more work.”
