“I have been doing all of my laundry at KC Washerette for over 3 years and find it an excellent resource to the surrounding community with zero complaints.
- variety of washers and large commercial dryers. Machines may be out of order but get repaired. Some are labeled for staff use only
- limited laundry supplies available for purchase
- drop off service provided
- several free laundry carts available
- single on-site toilet key in a basket near the counter
- first stop at the counter, someone usually there, read the sign and there is always staff somewhere on site very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable
- Dryers are only for items washed on site
- open air older building, very relaxed atmosphere (not so much when crowded) typical local Hawaiian experience. ?
- counters inside may be used temporarily but not for folding laundry inside and seating is very limited, just deal with it, we do
- suggest locating the chart online showing typical busier times to avoid PITA congestion in the aisles
- have laundry sorted ready to load to help avoid congestion in the aisles”

“Lots of machines out of order and it’s a pretty popular spot, but there are machines that work. The laundromat has coin machines and a detergent machine. No ATM, but some nearby. Friendly folk, reliable, and would visit again.”
