“I was having what seemed like battery issues. Dead car, took some jump starts, then would not take a trickle slow charge. That got me concerned the battery had some issues other than just a light was left on and it died. I called up O'Reilly where I got my battery and Frank had me come in for a test. I got the car started one last time and made it in. He took the battery out, deteremined it was a bad cell, replaced it with a new battery because it was still under warranty. Boom! All my problems ended on a Friday night. Outstanding, this is why I buy from local, close to home auto parts stores like O'Reilly when it comes to items that might need help in the future. That decision paid off as I bought this battery right here at this store. Maui is abusive on batteries with the heat. Do yourself a favor, buy from O'Reillys, they earned my business and respect.
