If you expect service from a bank.. even basic service.. this is not your bank. Never had a worse experience at a bank I was only in for 5 minutes.

Spent over 1 hour on hold. Simply unacceptable and the customer service experience is diminished! I hung up after an hour.

Customer service is fine with tellers, but to schedule a notary, wire transfer, any business transaction has been impossible. I do not want to schedule by computer, was referred to private notary, and can't do a wire transfer until 8 days from now. More examples, but our account is being closed. Horrible business practices.
