We recently purchased an adorable swimsuit from there for our toddler and were sad to find when we gave it to our daughter that there was a ripped seam. I contacted the brand who did not respond, and then the manager, Ann, from Blue Ginger. She was beyond pleasant and eager to help. The issue was resolved in a matter of hours.
