Please come here if you’re staying in Kihei and are a beginner surfer like me. The waves are smooth and not too big. They do not break too far from shore, and it is not deep in the water where the waves are. We went surfing there,very easy access and not big waves breaking on your head,a big plus for us ,we’re just learning and it was very nice especially with the grass outside and no thorns.

Great place for beginner surfers and surfing lessons. The waves are gentle and approachable. The only downside to this beach was how busy it got during late morning and early afternoon, making it tougher to ride waves.
