“Peaceful tranquility when you stop into this great shop. So much to see! Make sure to look for the jade flower but do not touch. They are making babies. They have many gifts, mobiles, books, plants and succulents and more. The labyrinth is interesting and located by a beautiful creek that sometimes has flowing water. You can bring a picnic while enjoying this meditative spot. Loved finding this magical place when my dear friend came to visit from California. I hope you have a chance to pop in to this calming and spiritual business.”
“I was on the hunt for a bathtub spout. Along with the big box stores, I came here to see what they offered.THE STORE:Located in the Kahului Industrial Park, they've been here ever since I can remember. Parking is limited and the inside are quarters tight, filled to the brim with hardware and household inventory. Sadly the small attached shop that used to be called Maureen's Gifts & Christmas closed up years ago. They, along with the now defunct Liberty House, used to sell Department 56 holiday ceramic pieces which I'm a collector of.EXPERIENCE:Unfortunately, their bath hardware accessory selection was less than the big boys, as expected. But, at least I can say I tried to support local! On the positive, what they don't offer in retail is made up for by their service. I was wandering down the aisle and a friendly woman asked if I needed any assistance, personally escorting me to the area. Try getting that at the "orange" or "blue" big box stores! While they had a few offerings, I needed just the spout, not the entire combination of shower head and handles, so nothing was purchased.TIP:Key cutting service is available here.OVERALL:Unparalleled service, average inventory.”
