“I recently purchased a fridge and oven from this location, and got such great service I felt the need to write a review. Lily was super kind, knowledgeable and competent. She helped me pick out the perfect appliances, knew her stuff, and made the process quick and easy. It was a big purchase for me, and she made me feel comfortable and confident. She also enlisted the help of her teammates Blake and Richard to price match Lowes (don't go to the Kahului Lowe's they were awful to deal with) and get me a discount. They were all super nice, problem-solved quickly and overall you could tell they were great at their jobs and a good team. It was so nice to go into a store where everyone was nice, competent and delivered great customer service. Mahalo to the team, especially Lily!”
