I called the store in the afternoon, asking if they had the wiper blades for my car in stock. Robert looked up the specs of my vehicle and offered me options. He told me the store closes at 9pm. He was very helpful!As I drove to the store after work, I was already envisioning needing to change out of my work clothes before installing the new blades because I'm "vertically challenged" and would probably need to lean against the car (or climb up on the hood! ) to reach the windshield wipers.When I got to the store, an employee by the name of Marco was mopping the floor. I stood in line waiting for the other employee (come to learn that was Robert!) to finish with the customer he was helping. Marco greeted me and told me to be mindful of the wet floor. He asked how he could help, then looked up my blades in the system. The transaction was super quick!When Marco went to the back to get the blades, I told Robert that I'll need to change clothes before installing. He immediately said, "Marco can do that for you! We do this all the time, so it's easier for us!" And he was right! It took Marco about 5 minutes to install all 3 blades! This transaction wasn't a big deal, nor was it complicated, but the customer service these two guys provided was so incredibly impressive. In a world where people need to be taught to greet customers before they greet you, offer help above & beyond their job description and be genuinely kind, Robert and Marco made it so simple. And now they have a loyal customer. I will give them my business again!Mahalo e Robert & Marco! Appreciate you guys!

Very helpful workers. Due to lack of communication an older employee was unnecessarily rude despite this mishap if I ever need to go back here again for parts etc. I would.

Didn’t realize you could love how great the service is when you’re just picking up oil & asking auto questions! From Corey’s generously helpful demeanor over the phone to in-person support, getting me everything I need and answering questions.Everything about my experiences here have been awesome, and Corey is wonderful. Super knowledgeable, helpful — so very appreciated. Will definitely keep coming here thanks to the awesome guys working here, especially Corey!

Really helpful service at the counter- found an item I requested and returned my thank you with “I aim to please!” When was the last time you heard that? Three service associates at he registers held conversations that indicated serious auto knowledge… that’s reassuring in an auto store!

Employee Scott and steve need to be fired ...Really bad customer service . poor attitude this is the third time, twice on the phone now in the store. Not going to O'Reilly anymore.

Just came in today to buy a tire repair kit for my wheel, and my first interaction was with the manager. Not a negative interaction, although the product she put in my hands was not compatible with a sedan, it was meant for tractor wheels and the like, which made me feel like she wasn’t very knowledgeable for being the manager of an auto parts store.Then I had the great displeasure of interacting with Scott. Scott was very short with me the moment I started interacting with him to the point of being rude, and to make matters worse the manager was standing at the register right next to him and didn’t have anything to say on the matter.This clearly shows that poor customer service is part of the atmosphere at this location, which really bummed me out because I headed in already stressed out about a flat tire and was just looking for some help to make my day go by a little smoother.I understand that you guys are busy and possibly short staffed, but that is no reason to treat your customers as if they are d*** for asking questions that aren’t common knowledge.Hopefully you guys take this to heart and decide to treat future customers with greater respect and appreciation, aloha and best of luck to you!

I came in recently to buy some pads for my car and the gentleman that helped me was awesome. I wish i knew his name. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us our options upfront. Parts were ordered and awaiting a call.While waiting for said called, I realized I needed additional parts. A kind older gentlemen tried to help order the parts but needed Steve's help to finalize. While Steve was helping me at checkout, he increased the price on me three times; twice for shipping and one more to double the price of the parts. He asked me if it was okay for this final price to which I said no, it would cost me the same amount to get it done at a shop. He says, "Well it's too late, I already ordered it." No confirmation from me or anything just, 'Here you are, now you're stuck with the payment.' He proceeded to tell his supervisor that I told him to order the parts and make it seem like my error. Confirm with final price with the customer, Steve, especially if you think it cannot be returned. His supervisor told him that he just has to make a call and cancel the order. Simple enough, yet it seemed like the end of the world to him.This past experience was, top three, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever. That being said, it was only one experience with one, obviously incompetent employee, Steve. Don't let this dissuade you from coming to this location. Avoid Steve at all cost and you should have a wonderful day.Aloha for taking the time to read.

Stars five stars rarely given, but I have to say these guys are hands-down, the best auto parts store on island. For auto parts over the years because of my location. Not helpful at all. I just needed windshield wipers. Napa no way would help with the installation which was difficult. Drove 30 miles from my home to O'Reillys and they were more than happy to install the wiper blades. Took him about five minutes. Beautiful store. Very organized. The sales person that helped me was the greatest. I'm sorry I don't have their name. Highly recommend anybody that is not handy and has a little job to do on their car. Come here. Lucky we're getting one in Lahaina soon. Excited.

Thanks Virgie. You could have sold us a gas cap we didn't need with this rental. Instead you took a sec to look it up and inform us that new American cars don't necessarily have gas tank caps.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in an auto parts place. The company might want to reconsider who their front line people are ( *cough*Scott).
