Amazing customer service!I was hoping to get a ring resized during the time I was in Maui.Unfortunately the goldsmith was quite booked up, but in seconds he placed a spacer at no cost so I was able to wear it until I made it to a goldsmith back home.

Came in for a watch battery change hence I ask what the cost. She was curt rude and condescending and definitely this Asian Dragon woman need customer training.Never came back!
