“Great shirt and great service! I bought a long sleeved sun shirt from 808 at the Maui Swap Meet and loved it. It looked great and fit me perfectly, unlike most long sleeves, which tend to be too short for my lanky arms. After I got back from the Swap Meet I realized that I had lost my glasses, so I texted the number I found for 808 on their site. They texted right back with a picture of my glasses! And they even brought them to their Kihei location for me to pick up the next day instead of me having to race back to the Swap Meet before they closed. So they not only saved me from having to replace my glasses, they also saved me a one hour round trip drive to the swap meet!”

“This is the sweetest little shop in Kihei. I used to shop at Fleur de Lei when it was in Makawao, and I was thrilled when she reopened here. Her wide-leg linen pants are my favorite. I own a few pairs, and I get compliments every single time I wear them.”

“Most of the souvenir and gift shops along the strip down Kihei Road are similar, with lots of beach wear, pineapple gifts, postcards and jewelry. The lady Jennifer was quite helpful when I saw a case of sterling silver jewelry on sale 1/2 price. I picked out this delicate sea turtle sterling silver bracelet and she even put it on for me. She also pointed out sales on pearls and other accessories. I loved their vintage postcards and had a blast shopping here!”

What stood out to me was the amazing customer service. The team was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure I found something I loved. They weren’t pushy at all — just super welcoming and knowledgeable, and they made shopping feel relaxed and fun.
If you’re looking for high-quality linen dresses, elevated basics, or something a little special while you’re on the island, definitely stop in. I left with a few pieces I know I’ll wear again and again — both here and back home.

“When entering the store, I felt a warm welcome greeting from the front end. The floor was very merchandise & clean. I’ve like to thank all the workers for helping me find the lady’s active pants I’ve been looking for. I always come to this Ross for all the items I can’t find in town. After so, today was quite weird A commotion happened between a customer & employee. Around 9:50p-10:00p Monday 18. The customer was acting weird & very suspicious with the carts full of items. I asked the employee in the front what was wrong. & she said” the lady was in the store for around 3-4 hours” & she approached the lady with all the stuff she was angered that she was approached. After being kind and nice to her. It hurts me seeing retail workers left Misbehaved by angry customers. There are two sides to the story. But, by the end of day. Treat others the same way you want to treat yourself. The employee and manger was very kind & try’d there best to accommodate her. But, i believe she was angry for not being able to carry all her stuff. At the end of the day I always believe Kihei Ross is the best Ross on Maui!”

“Great store! I love quality vintage shirts and this is one of the best places for such things. It’s a place I visit two of three times each time I’m in Maui. I love the nod to some great old companies that are no longer around and the historical imagery for some of the ones that still are.”
