We were only visiting the gift shop, and the front desk staff quickly recognized that and guided us to a separate desk so we could get in without waiting in the main line. That was such a thoughtful touch. Even though the store was busy, the gift shop staff gave us warm, personal attention throughout our visit. The lady at the checkout counter even noticed us carrying items and pointed us to the shopping baskets, which we really appreciated.
