This delectable chocolate tour teaches about permaculture, sustainable farming, and exotic fruits. Visitors enjoy an extensive chocolate tasting featuring 20 types of Hawaiian grown and made chocolates, with high cacao percentages (85%) for health benefits. Those who like dark chocolate will love this tour. A hot chocolate is also made in the traditional Latin American style with fresh ground ingredients. The small organic farm is described as beautiful and the experience as fun. The tours are great, with very knowledgeable guides who explain everything about chocolate and the interesting farm. Visitors sample many types of chocolates, some never heard of before. The tours are hands-on, with an array of fruit to snack on. The chocolate tasting is amazing, with flavors ranging from spicy to semi-sweet. Guides are patient and knowledgeable.
