“Annie saved our honeymoon. The car we received from Avis at the airport was absolutely disgusting and dirty. Then, on our 2nd day, we tried to leave, and the key stopped working. Annie was able to get us into another(clean) car pretty much immediately and took care of us very well. Thank you so much!”
