I was in Maui on a staycation…after a day at the pool and some drinks decided to walk over to Whaler’s Village and stumbled upon the Rolex Bucherer store. I was greeted by Eva, who was Bulgarian (my wife is Serbian) so they are basically neighbors. We connected immediately and they had a beautiful Explorer available. I decided to buy it and was helped by Ryan. Great people at this location! Was offered champagne and beer and had a top notch experience purchasing a Rolex in Maui! HIGHLY recommend Eva & Ryan if you’re looking to purchase a new or preowned luxury watch!

I was lucky enough to visit the store recently on our vacation and meet with the lovely Tanya and Amber. The warm friendly service, professionalism and expertise Tanya and Amber provide is second to none and one of the best luxury retail experiences I have ever encountered. Tanya was able to make a dream come true against the odds and provide an amazing memory for a very special trip. Thank you again for everything and we can’t wait to both pop in when we are next in Maui, which will hopefully be sooner rather than later!

An Amazing Experience
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the boutique and I can't say enough good things about my experience there. From the moment I stepped through the door, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional.
Tanya took the time to understand my interests and preferences and provided knowledgeable guidance without any pressure. They walked me through the various Rolex models, highlighting the unique features and craftsmanship of each one. I never felt rushed, and she patiently answered all my questions.
I came back a couple days later and Marceline remembered me and my father, she took it from there and she was amazing, she was really interested in my needs and what I wanted, she took her time to show me the models I liked and she genuinely seemed interested in helping me with the time piece I wanted, I really felt understood and valued as a customer, I left the store with hopes that something might happen and I was right she made it possible and now I have one of my favorite timepieces and a new friendship.
Overall, this was truly an exceptional luxury shopping experience. The staff's attention to detail, product knowledge, and genuine customer focus is a testament to the high standards of the Rolex brand. I would highly recommend this boutique for anyone that wants to establish a new relationship.

I should’ve written this review months ago about our amazing experience while on vacation all thanks to Breezie! She’s become a family friend who we always look forward to seeing while in Maui. She genuinely cares and will go the extra mile to make shopping for something special an incredible experience. The entire staff is knowledgeable, personable and very professional.
I cannot recommend Tourneau Whalers Village enough. They have an amazing selection of fine jewelry and time pieces, you won’t be disappointed. Who knows you might even make a friend for life! Aloha and Mahalo!

We had such an amazing experience here thanks to Breezie!
We are getting married on the Island this week and I was looking for a timepiece to commemorate the occasion.
She was so kind as to show us a wide variety of time pieces to try on and answer all the questions I had.
The staff here are so knowledgeable and friendly and it was such a fun and enjoyable experience being there.
Even though we are still looking for that perfect timepiece, our visit to Tourneau Whalers Village was definitely a highlight of our trip and we definitely be back soon!
