Hale Kai offers laid-back oceanfront condos on the NW shore of Maui, located between the Kaanapali and Kapalua resorts. This eclectic, centrally located neighborhood feels more local than touristy and is close to shopping, restaurants, a grocery store, and all beach activities. The property provides one and two-bedroom units that sleep up to six people, featuring lanais with excellent ocean views, updated kitchens and bathrooms, comfy beds, and is well-stocked with essentials. Guests enjoy an oceanside pool and grills under palm trees, with easy beach access and nearby walking and jogging paths. The spot is quiet, family-friendly, and perfect for couples, with the constant sound of the ocean waves. While the condos have no AC, the ocean breeze keeps them comfortable. The staff is noted as very communicative, helpful, and friendly. A minor drawback is some street noise, and laundry facilities on-site require payment. Its low-key atmosphere, fantastic location, and great value make it a place where guests plan to return.
Waking up to this every morning we stayed there. Beautiful. Definitely would stay here again.

Great apartments for rent. We stayed 5 people in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom place and it was great. The service is good too. We asked for mosquitos repellent and dishwasher pods and they gave us everything. You do have to pay for laundry so that is a down side. It’s 2.50 for washer and 2.25 for dryer.

We have been coming to these Condos for many years. We love the location and the people. They got a new Project Manager this year David. He has done an amazing job taking care of the facilities. Mahalo David and Valerie.
