EXCEPTIONAL CUSOTMER SERVICE! I bought my wife a ring here when on vacation a few months ago. One of the diamonds fell out unfortunately and Hawaii Jewelers replaced it without any issue. Highly recommend!!!

Micheal was so helpful when I took my watch there to get resized and a new battery. 2 other shops told me they could not do it but he was wonderful!
