“This store has a little bit of everything. Some prices were not bad but others were much higher than mainland prices. I paid around $6,50 for some cough drops. Milk was around $7.50 for a half gallon. I did not buy that! My friend got a cute sundress for $19.”
“This shop has really beautiful and unique pieces. Lee also provided great customer service was also great. I'm hoping at some point they are able to re-open.”
“I got the Sanrio Chococat and Pochacco keychains and they are adorable! I didn’t realize they said “Hawaii” on the back of them until I got back to the house im staying at, and it’s so cute. I always love getting trinkets from the ABC stores in Hawaii because they always have something cute. Also, my mom and I got the free Sanrio baggies and I absolutely love the one I got. Also the staff are very kind and patient. Mahalo!”

“They provided a service for me in a prompt manner. I needed to replace two watch batteries for a formal dinner. They did them in 30 minutes. Granted they could not seal them to spec. But I needed working watches and when I get home I can take them to my personal jeweler. I did try the other places near by and no one would do it or in time.”
“Me and my family had a wonderful experience here. The customer service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. Thank you to Lyn for providing exceptional customer service. They were patient, friendly, and went the extra mile to help us. Their positive attitude made our visit enjoyable. Great job.”
“The store has a great mix of handmade and hand-painted gifts; ornaments, magnets, art prints, cute Hawaiian clothing, and lots of items.
You could tell everything was carefully picked. The owner was super nice and gave honest, helpful info. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re looking for unique gifts!”

“Her collection is beyond amazing! I found her a few years ago out front of Whalers and so excited we found her again in Kīhei and added to my collection. She is so friendly and the kids loved Coco! Thanks for making amazing pieces.”
“Was there in Whalers Village yesterday and had a great experience. Johnny helped us. Got necklaces for daughters and granddaughters. Was a little hesitant, being worried about being pressured but had the most helpful and informative person who engaged with the grandkids. Would recommend the experience to everyone.”

“I visited Na Hoku in the beginning of May 2026.
I popped into Na Hoku in Whalers Village and was immediately greeted by the shop associate, they asked if I looked for anything specific. Super helpful and lovely staff and I was very impressed. I felt like everyone was treated with same politeness and care no matter how they looked or dressed. Didn’t buy anything that day but came back the next day as we were staying in Sheraton for the week and I got a lovely ring for my fiancee and then they gave me a voucher for the Pearl Factory and then we really loved this experience and so my fiancee got me more jewellery from the Pearl Factory located closer to the beach.
My visit to Na Hoku was right after visiting 2 other shops in Whaler’s Village. First shop didn’t have any rings for men and second jeweller opposite to Na Hoku wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence in the shop and if kids eye contact or hellos. It’s almost like I wasn’t dressed well enough or because I am a lady don’t know. Which is fine I took the business happily elsewhere. So skip the other places and go straight to Na Hoku and they will be able to help you.”
“This little jewelry store is adorable! I purchased a pair of hammered round earrings on our recent vacation to Maui. The quality is amazing. I receive complements each time I wear them.I will definitely be stopping by the next trip back to the island.”
“Great location for high quality souvenirs and Hawaiian made items. We discovered some interesting artwork and unique items here. Friendly staff and shipping to the mainland is available too!”
“Quality/Quantity - Got my daughter a new pair of Hurley swimming board shorts @ 75% off for approximately $20+, what a deal. They were also giving out free "vaxxed" Hawaiian style stickers. Atmosphere - Small local shop. Service - Excellent, the team member was friendly. Price - $20+. Owner Comment - Great hook with your advertising "75% blow out sale sign"!! I think I see the same sign every year, lol.”
“Exquisite pieces, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I am very pleased with Hawaiian Heirloom Plumeria w/Diamonds Pendant. It was larger in size in person than I anticipated from photos online. I'm extremely pleased and excited for this keepsake from Maui. Thank you”
