WorldMark Valley Isle offers spacious, clean units with fabulous oceanfront views and direct beach access for snorkeling. The location is praised as unbeatable, with nearby eateries and shops. While there is no air conditioning, strong breezes and ceiling fans keep rooms comfortable. The property provides free wifi and in-unit laundry. However, experiences vary significantly. Some guests report well-equipped, clean rooms with good maintenance service, while others encounter issues like worn furniture, appliance problems, and occasional pests, which staff address promptly. Service standards can be inconsistent, with limited amenities like towel exchange. The resort is managed, not owned, by WorldMark, and some guests feel the property requires better upkeep and attention to detail to meet expected standards.
The room we stayed in was a dump. The beds are horribly uncomfortable, the shower rod was drooping, the couches are uncomfortable and one of them had a spring broken so it was even worse to sit on.The view was great. Access to the beach is easy. The pool is tiny and there was no AC in the room. I sweat all night
