“Wonderful Atmosphere
The Hotel Lanai was everything one could hope to experience in a Hawaiian vacation hotel stay short of being on the ocean. We stayed in the detached cabin/cottage.

Our experience while checking in was pleasurable with friendly staff all too eager to find out what you planned to do, and see if they could assist in any way.
That is the type of service Hotel Lanai and their staff try to provide.

As to our cottage, it had it's own private entrance with a detached outside deck with table, chairs and hammock. You have a covered deck/porch with a bench seat for disrobing out of beachwear and such. Once inside you enter the living room that has a nice couch with table, and a large flat screen TV. Trust me though, being on Lanai you do not need a TV for entertainment, but to each their own.
The bathroom is nicely appointed with a shower/tub combo. The bedroom is a separate room with a nice comfortable bed. The suite has WiFi that reaches into both rooms and outside on the deck.

We had a wonderful time on Lanai, and it was certainly in part due to our lovely stay at Hotel Lanai.”

We were originally supposed to stay in Kauai, but due to the weather, we had to cancel our plans. We were fortunate enough to arrange a next day booking at Four Seasons Lanai. From the moment we arrived via the Lanai Air shuttle, the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensure our stay was worthwhile.

Chaslyn, Noah, and the rest of the team made us feel truly cared for throughout our three-night stay. The amenities were spectacular (e.g., the complimentary farm tour and the transportation around the island), and the property itself is very spacious relative to the number of guests, making it feel peaceful and private.

The staff were consistently pleasant, attentive, and helpful. Of all the properties I’ve stayed at, this one has by far stood out for the quality of its client service. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for its guests.

And, especially for the privacy + Four Seasons, we found the pricing to be very reasonable for the level of service and experience provided.

“Very happy with our stay here. Susan was very nice and had coffee ready for us every morning along with homemade baked goods. The bed rooms are good for Lanai and I would definitely stay here again. We were hunting and they had no issues with that and could accommodate for it.”
