“My husband and I are in Kauai for our Honeymoon. We happened to walk by this jewelry store and I saw the “pick your own pearl” station right outside the shop. Of course, I’ve always wanted to do that! We first stopped in just to browse. I was fully expecting a sales pitch, but the woman behind the counter was more than happy to pull out each jewelry piece so I could see the price and made no attempt to “talk me into” purchasing anything. We walked away as we were not quite ready to purchase yet. That positive interaction coupled with the idea of having a special piece of jewelry to celebrate our honeymoon, brought us back the next day. I told them our budget and they did not hesitate to help us find a beautiful item that actually came in under budget. I even pulled twins from my oyster! We were just genuinely pleased with our interaction with the shop staff and deeply grateful for the the beautiful reminder of our honeymoon.”

“My wife lost her wedding ring while visiting Kauai. Mr. Osaki at Robert's Jewelry spotted the ring after they had purchased it and recognized it from a picture that I had sent him. He contacted me and went out of his way to safely return the ring to us. I'm certain that it would have been much easier and more profitable to sell or recycle it but the man has integrity and honesty and lost money getting it back to us. Very nice experience and much appreciated.”
