Marriott's Kauai Lagoons - Kalanipu'u is a quiet resort with beautiful rooms and an excellent ocean view. The rooms and amenities are very nice, featuring full kitchens and in-unit washer/dryers. The pool area is nice and not crowded, enjoyed by kids, though some note the pool is pretty small. A highlight is the excellent gym center. The location is very close to the airport, which is convenient, though increased airport noise and future runway construction are noted. The resort lacks direct beach access, requiring a trip to another area. It offers numerous daily activities for families and has wonderful staff. Many guests love it and would return.
Very nice quiet home away from home. Want to skip the all-in-one resort feel, this is your place!

Perched beautifully between a golf course and the ocean. Quint folding doors open to the balconies. Really nice accommodations.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are terrific and well appointed. We had a room issue that was resolved by Candee Riopa. She went the extra mile to resolve the problem.
