“The customer service was beyond 10, the lady that was helping me was so nice and thats what the ALOHA spirit is all about. She deserves a recognition and she made it easy for me. This is not the first time dealing with UPS Kauai at Kukui Grive. But she was the best.”

“A big shout out to Joel and his staff for a job well done. This location is one of the best run UPS stores period. Friendly staff and when I did need a fix a Notary issue, Joel was superb. Five Stars!”

Cargo Facility, 3759 Ahukini Road Suite 101, Lihue HI 96766
“9/2024 - Lihue It is located just past the main terminal with quick and ample access. Can send cargo via palette or igloo can. It can be very pricey to send via air but their staff is quick and friendly. Check hours of operation as they can change.”

“12/2025 The location, the convenient 7-day a week hours, and the awesome staff, make them a real no brainer for shipping anything within a certain size limit. They ship on actual passenger planes, not cargo planes with igloo's, so the chance of your item(s) getting to point B is much faster. I know they might hate it but I love that they're open 7 days a week and not with small windows of operation. I hope Alaska doesn't change that. And did I mention the staff on Saturday/ Sundays rock? 😉🤙✌”

Pier, 2, Lihue HI 96766
“I just have to say the guys who helped me via the direct line were always so kind and patient. I called a few times revising my quote from Tacoma to Hawaii, and then having to pay (which was an outrageous amount) and every person who helped me was noticeable polite, helpful and simply NICE! So rare these days- I had to give them recognition. It made paying a painful amount to ship something a little more easy. Good job boys!”

“They're open on regular hours not like ups open just a few hours a day. I've had nothing but good things to say about FedEx. Drivers are friendly and are not afraid to do their job. Please start delivering ? amazon stuff again.I will not deal with ups anymore. (Unstable people's store).”

“Justin at Aloha Movers was outstanding. Super kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about every part of the shipping process. He went above and beyond by remeasuring our pallet from the freight porter and ended up saving us 22 cubic feet — which made a huge difference in cost. This is exactly the kind of company you want to hire if you’re shipping anything to or from Hawaii. Honest, detail-oriented, and genuinely looking out for their customers. Highly recommend Aloha Movers and especially Justin.”
