I called late at night extremely stressed about my engine overheating, and they calmly fit me in the very next day to replace my radiator. Drop-off and pick/up were completely seamless. They were transparent with their estimates, communicative throughout the process, & reasonably priced.
They genuinely went above & beyond. After dealing with other shops on the island where I felt like just another paycheck, Ryan and Jim made me feel genuinely taken care of. “I can’t recommend Aloha Transmission & Auto Repair enough. I bought my Jeep Wrangler from a dealer after moving to Kauai, and only 3 months later the clutch completely went out .. and I mean OUT out. I got quotes from a couple other shops for around $8,000, which was honestly overwhelming.
