“Jeffrey was AMAZING!...I had a flat tire. Jeffrey came over to help me immediately. He gave me some choices when I asked him how long it would take. Said I could stop by later or he could have it done in ten minutes. He was extremely professional, friendly, and answered many questions I had. At the same time, he gently guided the interaction with a smoothness that felt effortless. Not too much information; but going that extra mile, where you feel like a person is there WITH you, WANTING you to have a better day.

He let me know what can typically cause flats... where they are found, and how to prevent them, going as far as to offer that Green Slime that seals small punctures that may happen in the future. But even when he did this, he had these personal touches, his own style which told you that he paid attention to the smallest of details. After he put in the slime and reinserted the valve stem, he blew air into it, so that the slime wouldn't leak back out of the stem slightly.

I had other questions about other parts of the bike as he was putting the tire back on and he not only answered them but did so in a manner that broke it down so easily that a five year old would be able to understand it. He did it so well, that I told him he was a great teacher; because he not only TOLD me, but demonstrated and combined even the SOUND something makes when, and the FEEL of something when you are clicking through the derailleur gears.
