We appreciated the time he spent talking with us + caring for our dog! Dr McCurdy was also helpful and helped create a good plan to get our dog feeling better. “my fur baby haku was showing signs of GI stasis for 12 hours and i have been looking everywhere for a bunny/rabbit veterinarian and came across the kula animal care and wellness center. called them immediately and they got me in the same day, which i appreciated. when i brought haku in, the time, care and efficiency they took with us was outstanding.

dr. mavor is very knowledgeable when it comes to bunny care. i want to thank her and the rest of the staff for taking such good care of my haku. he is recovering very well after his visit. i highly recommend taking your fur babies here! you will not be disappointed!

Tammy has basically been there for me with words of encouragement and compassion while I sobbed in the waiting room to the news of cancer for my kitty. She has worked with both my schedule and the schedule of the clinic in order to schedule a mutually beneficial appointment time.

John the vet tech is always a constant steady, caring force for my kitty. His calming presence helps my kitty feel safe and secure.

Dr. D is a gentle and innovative vet who gives me options based on my economic concerns along with the very real concerns of a pet owner and cat mom. He has worked with the reality of having a budget and balancing that with the love of my cat. He is practical yet loving and compassionate.

They have all been so great to both me and my kitty treating us both with kindness respect and compassion.

While ive been to other vets. I wouldn’t go anywhere else on Maui once I discovered them. They are truly one of a kind.”

“I've taken Captain to South Maui Animal Clinic several times. The online appointment schedule is very easy. I've always been able to get in right away. Fortunately, my cat has gone in for skin irritation issues--nothing too serious. Each time the staff has been very helpful and informative. I leave with a good plan from the Vet, and knowing more about how to better take of Captain. The costs can add up but I think it's still cheaper than a human so. All in all, no complaints!”
