The Kapolei branch the tellers are a bit slow compare to the Mililani branch. And, have less tellers working.

The Mililani Branch is always pleasant and I've been goin there since the early 80's! Nice people makes a difference in any experience so Mahalo to the Mililani Team!

I've had banking at several American Savings Banks. Each one that I've walked into was so friendly. I always felt comfortable. I didn't experience that in any other bank. Other banks made me feel like it's all about money. I love American Savings Bank. I highly recommend this Bank to anyone!
