Tried to drop off paperwork, but the receptionist wanted me to sign in....behind 20 people waiting in the lobby (more than an hour wait). I tried to explain that I just needed to drop it off, and then she said I could go to Miliani if I didn't want to wait......so I took the 20-minute drive. The Miliani branch receptionist took it no problem, out in 1 minuteshe said, "no problem, we'll FedEx it tomorrow.”
