Went to Public Storage in Mililani to clean out locker. First impression general area was clean and restroom was available. Lights outside of unit on 2nd floor, bulbs missing. Hard to see in locker during clean out. No attendant on duty.

My first time being a customer of Public Storage. Erilinne was extremely personable and her personality was shining through as she made me feel valued, even though, we had just met her. She answered my questions with great knowledge which allow me to make my decision very easy. Thank you for showing a new customer that being with Public Storage will be a pleasant experience.
