NFCU has always been helpful for me be it by phone or in person. I’m only sorry that they don’t do share branching which would be more convenient for me. Unfortunately NFCU (for me!) is not my primary banking. My mortgage payments are with NFCU -I have no complaints. Mahalo NFCU🌺
