“I got my Blue Heeler groomed by Naomi. She went above and beyond by giving us recommendations on food/how to help with our anxious dog. She did a great job on my dogs coat and nails and great customer service. I was nervous about going to petsmart for a groom but needed something fast for our pcs coming up and I have no regrets! Thank you”
“Did business with this company for over 30 years. Nothing fancy just straight farm supplies and good quality products at a good price. Josh is the best delivery man!”
“People there are so friendly! I love the convenience of the dog wash station. They have everything there for you to use to wash your dog. They sell everything for your pets too! I love to support local businesses.”

“The groomer Jess was great with my pup. She saw that he was nervous ? and sat with him until he gave in to her. My babe was nice and clean, his toes were cut and buff….and she actually greeted me with a smile. ? thanks Jess.”
“Shoutout to all of the staff as well as the associate who directly helped us out yesterday! We ended up rescuing a bearded dragon and they helped us out with getting our little guy comfortable here at home. He also gave Reptar a look over to assess his health condition. Super friendly as well and recommend 10/10”
“I love Petco they always have what I need and staff are friendly. I also get my dog vaccinated there. The techs are so nice. My dog has anxiety but they are always there to assist. My dog had to have a muzzle. I recommend them to everyone!!!!!”

“I come here about every two weeks now for Timothy hay, odor absorbing pellets and food for my Guinea pigs, although they have lots of other animal supplies. Supplies at the other pet stores were getting too expensive so I found out about this place and decided to take a short commute from town. The first time I came here, I needed hay but they only had huge bales available. When I told them I didn't need that much, they offered to break it down for me, so I left with the 5 pounds I needed. They also have ivermectin paste at $7 when I needed it once. It's a small shop located in the back, industrial part of Halawa. The guys that work here are SUPER friendly, helpful and funny every time I come here. The supplies are significantly cheaper than the other pet stores. The hay costs only about $2 per pound! Support our friendly local businesses and shop here!”
“The grooming dept did a fabulous job on my very floofy dog. He is 10 and has hip dysplasia. Lucas did a great job getting him clean,, making sure he was totally dry, grinding nails, and trimming paw fur. I can’t thank them enough for be so careful and kind to my furbaby!!”

“Went in today to grab our doggie's favorite cookies from the treat bar and had an amazing customer experience with Kristian! Thank you so much for making ours and our fur baby's day ?”
“I love animals, so I love pet stores. This is by far my favorite pet shop on the island. It's clean, well stocked, the staff is helpful and the animals, cages and tanks are clean and well looked after. I feel confident buying my birds and supplies from here.”
“Didn't have a clue about what was best for my granddaughter's snarky cat, so a staff member (she owns 3 cats) helped me get everything needed. Awesome ?”
“Paw Hana is my favorite shop to buy food, treats, toys, and local goodies for my pup! The staff are so sweet and helpful, and they have a great selection of products. They also offer delivery if you shop online.”
“This store has those hard to find foods. The treats and toys that are for sale are all safe with no byproducts or fillers. The owner is very helpful if you aren't to sure what you need. She will definitely point you in the right direction and give you the right suggestions. If you want to step up your pets nutrition, this little local shop is the place to go. She also has the most handsome little helper named Riley, he definitely needs a raise :)”
“Love it here! We buy our chicken food and dog food here. Great prices, friendly staff. They also have U-haul rentals. But the best part is the store cats. Super friendly and an added bonus each time.”
“A nice little place, but the name on the building is "Pets Pacifica," and the door says "Hawaii Feed." It looks like a warehouse, not a store, but they do sell a variety of things. They have a small selection of freshwater fish and plants, filters, tanks, medicine, and other supplies. They also have bird supplies (a large selection of bird cages), different kinds of food, chicken feed and feeders, and a small selection of horse supplements(?). Overall, worth a quick look.”

“Love this place, please never close. So convenient if you don't have a tub or good space at home to wash your dog. Way cheaper than a groomer. Totally reasonable price for everything they provide”
“I shop at Hawaii Feed all the time as its close and convenient for me. The service is excellent and they pretty much have everything you need. If you're looking for something and they don't have it, they will check their other store (Petland) and bring it in for you. I shop for my mini farm here, so I am able to get the things I need for my guinea pigs, dogs, cats, fish, chickens, and tortoises!!☺️ ?????❤️”
“I'm very new to chickens since somebody introduced a rooster and hen into our residential neighborhood. I love them! They come every day and seem to go door to door for handouts. Lol. Anyway, I don't have a proper diet for them in my own cupboards. The man at the feed store (sorry I forgot his name) gave advice on the best food for my little family and why he was choosing those particular formulas for their needs. I also picked up a feeder and got advice on how to keep it from being turned over. Can't wait til they come for breakfast this morning! Bonus, he carried the food to my car and loaded it in! Love it when I get great customer service!”
“I like their fish selection. I bought a little black karasu from them about 2 years ago. She was just a few inches long, but she's now about 15 inches and ready to go into the big pond. After moving all my koi to a bigger pond, I fell in love with ranchu goldfish. Just got my first 2 here and they are looking happy in my empty koi grow out tub. Will come back often to check their ranchu stock.”
“They are friendly and helpful! I was nervous about them moving to online only but I completed my first order since the store has closed and it was seamless! They delivered right to my door! I’m thankful that they still offer the items that I need: crickets and hay, among other pet necessities. Thank you for providing the services that you do. I truly appreciate you all!”
