She answered every question I had and put my mind at ease. She walked me through the process of submitting my loan application on line, then processed my loan application the same day. My loan was processed and funded in less than one business day. Of all the big banks where I've held my money (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Bank of the West and others), I've never had better service than what Dayna from HFSFCU provided. I'm a customer for life. “I went in on a Friday afternoon and sat down straightaway with Kari for a replacement debit card and we ended up taking care of several things. I changed my mailing & residential addresses, got 4 free checks in the event I need one for a direct deposit, or oddly enough, would need to write one, and a printed copy of my account credentials to establish my residential address aiding me to determine my residency, as to satisfy the requirements for obtaining a driver license. “Friendly staff, extremely helpful. My cards got frozen due to suspicious activity. I tried to fix the problem with their 888 # but got nowhere. Went to the Pahoa branch last week and Serena straightened out the problem in less than 5 minutes! Tried to go to the Hilo branch a couple of days ago, absolutely no parking. Went back to Pahoa today and got done in a jiffy!”
