The first one educated me on everything I needed to get ready for the switch and when I went back a week later, another sales associate was able to quickly transfers my phone lines. She was impressed that I was prepared and I humbly told her because I was educated by her sales team member. We shared a few laughs while she reassured me that everything would flow seamlessly.
