“My favorite bank!!! I have another bank that I go to, but I prefer to come here whenever to go shopping & such. Especially since the customer service is top notch. That’s how much I love coming here. I’ve never had issues here & have been helped whenever I had questions or concerns. Everyone is so helpful & great. They’ve never once made me feel unwelcomed or had an “attitude” like some workers at other banks. Dianne & Angela are the sweetest tellers!! I highly recommend coming here, even if it’s just opening a random account. I’d give 10 stars if I could. They deserve the praise & recognition :)”

“Now out of all the banks in town in Las Vegas, this is the one that gave me the cheapest rate on my car loan! So in Maui, we visited to see what the branch looks like and to get an ATM card for my husband. Amazingly, the branch looked much like the branch in Las Vegas! We were helped quickly and on our way in no time! I had to laugh because the employees had sweatshirts on because the branch was so cold inside! I told them they have to wear sweatshirts in Las Vegas too, because their branch is also ice cold inside! LOL! That is funny!”
“Kehalani Foodland Branch 105 is awesome! They have Imee Asuncion she goes by Mimi she was extremely helpful! I tried to pay my rent online and had issues so I had to get a check and it was my first time filling out a check she explained how to do it in depth and showed me how so it isn't something to stress about highly recommend this branch and this worker !!!”
“MCFCU has finally upped their game and gone digital, somewhat. Add a star!MOBILE APP:This is what I've been waiting for! Account-to-account transfers, up-to-date account information (for balancing) and mobile deposits. Of course I have a few complaints. One of them is that some cleared checks don't have an image of the check, a very useful feature should you forget who the check was for (or wasn't told by your spouse who is was for). Another err is the verbiage of automatically deducted items with their bundled abbreviations and words which can be very confusing. Sometimes the mobile deposit can be ornery, resulting in multiple, frustrating attempts. Aside from those quirks it works fine.CHECKING ACCOUNT:Yes, we still rock personal checks! The main reason for me is that I don't like automatic deductions for bill payments. If businesses don't offer online payment, you'll be getting a personal check from me, all while supporting the USPS. Unlike at my traditional bank, reordering checks couldn't be done online but via phone automation which was surprisingly efficient. But, should you need to make any changes, you'd have to speak to a live person at Harland-Clarke.SERVICE:No matter if I call or present in-person, everyone has been awesome. I always experience a very personalized style of service.TIP:No-fee ATM withdrawals can also be made at First Hawaiian Bank locations (limited per month).OVERALL:While some requests still need to be done in-person for security and signature's sake, they're on a positive roll.”

“As a senior, I had a unique situation and the manager and agent I had at the Maui branch near Queen Mall... well that really to batt to get my big penalty fees waived, due to my highly stressed personal situation. It did take many weeks to get it cleared through their main Oahu office, but the Maui branch never gave up, and they got it to go through. It took a long time and I had started wondering if they really are about ALOHA, but they came through in the end, happy to say.... and they are very nice people. I don't trust banks much these days. These people say they are not actually a bank, but rather a non-profit foundation? They helped the people in Lahaina after the fires too. This would all need further research. They are very cautious. Curious how solid they are in this economy.”
“I'm happy they opened this branch in Kahului which is more easily accessible to the majority of the population in the central area. The Wailuku location is so out-of-the-way and every local knows that in order to get anywhere in Wailuku, it's never a straight shot.
They're located in the Maui Marketplace on the west end. They have an ATM located in an airlock room, and offers most of the services of the main branch in Wailuku, but lacks an exterior depository slot.

The tellers are always welcoming and friendly.

“I initially walked into the Kahului Branch on April 13, 2026 at 3:27pm to process an ACH stop payment, and while the teller was unsure of the process he asked the concierge for assistance. She refused to help because the bank is almost closing and I needed an appointment to do such transaction. As a retiree of this very institution, I was shocked by this lack of professionalism and basic customer service etiquette. However, Vincent A. completely turned the experience around. He said he will find out how to do it and will do it the following day which is Tuesday. He owned the problem, took charge, and ensured my request was handled despite the pushback from his colleague. Vincent is the reason this is a 5-star review instead of a 0-star complaint. He is an asset to your team!”

Bank lines can be notoriously slow but somehow this location deviates from the norm. Bank manager Ben went above and beyond to help me out in a pinch.”
“Whoa why the low rating ? I've had nothing but great service here even though it's not my home branch. Parking is easy in the back lot and if you should find yourself in a line it will move quickly. There is an atm outside should you have a simple transaction, and not be in the mood for human interaction , but I find it just as quick going inside.”
