“We visited this cute store in Pa’ia recently in December where we purchased a one or a kind Maui shirt. Amazing colours and quality! Was really disappointed once back home in Canada to discover we were accidentally given the wrong size! I called and spoke to the store owner Heidi and she was so accommodating and kind. She cares so much about her customers and staff that she sent me a replacement shirt and shipped it free of charge! Her incredible customer service will always be remembered❤️
I look forward to visiting her store again and will look for her satellite store in Santa Barbara CA. I would definitely recommend stopping in at this store for your special keepsake t-shirts!!”

“Lovely shop with the most caring and helpful staff/owner. I was not looking for anything in particular but they have jewelry from local designers that are both versatile and timeless. I had an unfortunate incident where a necklace I purchased broke a few days after purchase. They not only helped me reach out to the designer, but also helped to get the necklace to that designer who repaired it back to it's original condition! That is pride in customer service and pride in craftsmanship. Thank you to the team and I'd recommend this shop to anyone who happens to be in town.”
“Missed finding a cute baseball cap during our trip to Maui last month and I ordered a red cap online. Cute and the fit is perfect but it’s missing the island side design stitching on the cap that shows online which was a little disappointing. Great and fast shipping to the mainland which was greatly appreciated. Downgraded one star since the item wasn’t exactly as shown. The island stitching looked adorable and would have made the cap better design wise.”

“Beautiful little shop. Was looking for pearl bangles for my daughters, this was our second time looking through the stores, in Paia, looking for just the right ones. The girls tried them on and the owner, who was sitting behind the counter working on her jewelry offered to
make the girls bangles with different pearls if they didn’t see what they wanted. Offered to ship to us if we were leaving.
We were happy with the bangles she had. Not a huge selection but happy to purchase from the designer herself.

“Great recommended stop on your way to the road to Hana. Pretty much guaranteed to see some very large sea turtles resting on the beach. Parking can be a bit scarce but worth the searching. Portable bathrooms were very dirty. You will also get a great look at the local surfers.”

“Lovely boutique with a wonderfully curated selection of clothing. Think unique yet timeless designs, soft fabrics, & clothing you can't wait to wear. I shop here almost exclusively for presents for women friends. There is also a decent men's side. Half of all of the clothing I wear comes from here, pro-tip, there is discount rack for items they only have in limited sizes ;)”
“My friend and I could have spent hours shopping here but our husbands we’re waiting impatiently at Choice down the street. Beautiful yet functional clothes. Huge variety of styles and colors.I found a mesh sweater/shawl/poncho that they designed and bought 5 in different colors. My friend bought 4! Somewhere there’s a video showing the different way to wear it but I’ve lost that information.If you need a day out of the sun go to Paia, shop here ( they don’t open until later), book a massage across the street at Ashiatsu and then have lunch at Choice down the street and finish with ice cream at Artisan on the same street! It was a perfect day fir us!”

I've been shopping here for over 10 years now and am always in awe of the curated selection of goods here not to mention the friendly staff.
What I love most is that you don't feel overwhelmed shopping here like most retail shops in Paia. Everything is intentionally spaced out to make your shopping experience exceptional.
