One drawback was the challenge of finding items in my size, as I usually wear a large. Particularly, hoodies seemed to run smaller, and there was limited availability in XL.”

“Super friendly customer service from Jonathan and Kat, as usual! this store is filled to the brim with ultra unique goodies and gifts you can only find in Hawaii. Prices are not necessarily cheap, but they reflect the quality of the store and the shopping experience you get, so it’s totally worth it. You can also take a picture with their big miffy lamp which is super fun!”

“It's been 7 years since the last time I was in Hawaii, and Crazy Shirts is still as Awesome like how I remembered it. My favorite location has to be this one(Pearlridge Shopping Center). My experience after 7 years was worth it because of the wonderful collection of clothing in their stock. I appreciated their most incredible employee, Angeline. She was very helpful, and she had a great personality. Overall, it's great being back.”

“One of my favorite places to shop at Ala Moana, this two-story store is on the Nordstrom side of the center (for your parking and navigating purposes). When I visited, the bottom floor featured their T-shirt design collaborations with local artists and brands for adults and keiki.The second floor has the complete collections of men and women’s apparel, along with the T-shirt designs of local brands.I love their high-tech self-checkout, where you just place your purchases in a bin, which automatically scans the items and lists them on the screen. Super easy - and you don’t the app to use it btw.For Lunar New Year, they had a promo of a packet of 5 red envelopes with the purchase of $50 or more!”

“I have been in the Waikele Gap many times. Each time, I engage a little small talk with several different workers there, and every time I find each one of them to be friendly, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and competent/professional, whether the person is younger or older. The clothes themselves seem to be made of high quality materials. The appearance of the clothing items there seems nice as well, and the sale prices are incredibly low, so low that it makes you feel a little guilty for buying such nice items for so little money. Please share my review with your workers at the store, so that they can know that their kindness means more to some people than they probably thought.”

“Me daughter and I visited this store two weeks ago. The selection was amazing and the store was super clean and so well organized, but more importantly and most impressively was the staff. They were so friendly and super fun to talk to. I left there feeling like part of the Crazy Shirt family. If we had a Crazy Shirts in North Idaho, I’d probably submit an application to work there. We visit almost every Crazy Shirts that we come across, and this store was the best we’ve been to. They have such a great selection, and sell things that you can’t find in other stores, or even online. This store will definitely be our go to place for our Crazy Shirts purchases. Plus, it will be fun to see the staff again.”

“My husband loves stopping in to Get Nutz anytime we come to Ka Makana. Which...seems to be a lot lol Today we came to grab a belated birthday gift , and we came at the perfect time. They had such cute prints on their clearance rack. They have new prints often so I feel like they always have a good variety of clearance. It doesn't get too busy, lots of window shoppers or maybe shoppers like myself. In and out. Worth stopping in when you go to Ka Makana.”

“I love and look forward to coming to the baby expo every year with my little one or friends. So many amazing and unique vendors and many local businesses. I love that there are so many activities for the keiki to do and enjoy trying tasty new treats. You also have great opportunities to enter to win prizes and giveaways. Only down side is paying for Blaisdell parking which is $8!!! I never have luck with street parking so if you so that's great for you! Admission is also about $5.50 per person so try to find coupons by following them or from flyers.”

“This store has 2 locations, one in Pearlridge and one in Windward Mall. Both locations carry little different items as such, the Pearlridge store has less brighter colored clothing than the Windward mall location. Did that make sense? LOL? If you want to stand out in the crowd, shop at Windward Mall! The Pearlridge store is a little larger, all designs are locally made and Hawaiian design printed more like tribal type? Each print has a meaning to its design. They offer pull over, button down & polo style for the men. And lots of different styles of selection to choose from for the ladies. It's worth while doing browse in the store because the designs are interesting. Please do support local business.”

“We grew up knowing Iida's as a child and through my adulthood, later with my child. Generations of Hawaii folks know Iida's. I was so heartbroken when they were no longer at Ala Moana Shopping Mall. I reminisce and think of shopping there whenever I pass their old corner location. I will try to make a better effort of shopping Iida's when a gift is needed, or when I need something.”

I received my order a day before her picture day but recieved the wrong size(sz 8) I reached out to their email address and got a quick call from the owner that she received my email and she was willing to meet me in Kailua with the right size that I ordered. They don't only have the cutest Hawaiian wear for everyone in your family(especially for the little honey's) but the customer service I received was hands down the BEST! “"A shirt is just a shirt, until someone great steps into it...make a statement" - The Blessed Life This is a quote that they have and I've seen it at their shop and on their Instagram @blessedinhi and who hasn't at some point make a comment of your attire, it is all a statement and is absolutely a great quote. That's exactly how I do feel with The Blessed Life as they have great choices of shirts for everyone including accessories, totes and jewelry as well. As I was browsing today I noticed in the window a shirt to represent the love a support for the devastation Maui is still currently going through a beautiful pink shirt with a quote on the back as well though I haven't seen it in the store I'm assuming they are sold out of it, no sign for preorder or the story/representation of it and how much of the profit is going to Maui. No one greeted me whatsoever though I was fine just browsing around but was really interested in some of the jewelry they had in the display case though not having anyone ask if I wanted to see them eventually came to the conclusion that I really didn't need it. Shirts are simple which I do love but nothing really capture my attention today but always love their creativity and designs...love to support local. Thank you!”

“The store might not have the kind of clothes I'm out looking for, but, as a Gap brand, they carry the banner and customer service seems decent. Sales help are friendly and fairly available. Only nit is that it's got struck a strange layout, as the main entrance off the mall at Ala Moana is a stairway and escalator heading downstairs. You'd've thunk they'd've just leased space on the main mall level and be done with it rather than hassle with being a story below.”
