This company sounds like a scam from cheesy advertising to unprofessional videos talking like "mokes" . Their " 50% off anniversary sale" is a scam. Amazon has been selling it at their "anniversary sale" forever. Their countdown sale ending is a scam too. It resets.
Another irritating thing is ...you CANNOT unsubscribe ...like a scam email and advertisement. I had to go into my Outlook to block words SUDS FACTORY in emails.
These guys have an F rating in BBB. 42 complaints and counting... not surprising.

Sud Factory is a scam!
More then pissed with this company ?
1) There is a grid in the product like compound. This caused severe scratching on all my windows. This product is not save on glass. Lot's of these reviews are fake! I work in the detailing industry and have never seen a product so poorly performing and so hyped up.
2) 2 applications don't come even close to 1 easy and safe application from another brand. (See video)
3) Over a week I have been trying to resolve this matter in private. Just asking to get the windows polished so the swirls are gone. They never replied on emails, fb messages,phone calls or text. This company is one huge scam!
NOT SAFE ON CAR GLASS!!!

So far I have terrible terrible experience. I placed an order. My order arrived with the incorrect products. I sent an email to the support email. I received back an automated email that did not address my problem. As of right now this is a complete rip off. A complete scam. I would love to change this review if I could receive the products I actually ordered.
After 1 weeks I finally received an email from them. They corrected my order by shipping out the correct quantities. I hope to order from them in the future with no issues.

Ordered 6 bottles and received 2. They will not answer phone or reply to emails or on Facebook. Scammed me out of nearly $200. Thanks sud factory!

Excellent product!! We use these products to clean up water spots on big bus windows and also the polisher. Products come from Hawaii so there’s a little wait, but accurate when products arrive. We will continue purchasing!!

Really disappointed with customer service. Placed order today and was lead to believe I could update my order with similar products so I did, then found out I was actually billed for original purchase plus the update, not cool.... So since the very moment I found out what had happened I emailed them several times, tried to call, got a voice generated message, no real person to talk to, even logged into the account I set up and left a message several times and I haven't received a response of any kind. So, I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint while things are still fresh, hopefully they can help. Last resort if all else fails is to contact the card company tomorrow and decline and dispute the charges to my account. All's I can say is what a rip off this outfit is, shame on me for getting involved. If it wasn't for some terrible water spots I can't remove I wouldn't be here today. Bummer...... I had to leave one star but none would be more accurate at this point.

I placed an order early October and still have not received the items, it says a shipping label was created October 26th, cannot get ahold of anyone at this company. Do you want me to get with my card company to resolve this issue?

Buyer beware! See BBB complaints about non-shipment and double charges before ordering from this company.Purchased water spot remover. Was double charged. Contacted the company via email a day after to let them know about the double charge. No response. Haven't received anything 3 weeks later. Emailed them 2 more times and still no response.I saw no other choice other than to file charge back with Amex today.
