Buyer beware! See BBB complaints about non-shipment and double charges before ordering from this company.Purchased water spot remover. Was double charged. Contacted the company via email a day after to let them know about the double charge. No response. Haven't received anything 3 weeks later. Emailed them 2 more times and still no response.I saw no other choice other than to file charge back with Amex today.

I'm immensely impressed by Sud Factory's quick shipping. Upon placing my order, it was promptly processed and shipped out and received my tracking number that same day. I appreciated the regular tracking updates that kept me informed about the package's journey. The order arrived significantly faster than I expected.

This is my first review of any product, and unfortunately my experience is not a positive one. I purchased the Paint and Glass Water Spot Removal bundle, and upon checkout was offered the Suds Hyper Foaming Car Wash for a reasonable price so I added that to my order.When my order arrived, sadly only the Glass Water Spot remover was in the USPS package.. I thought possibly they were out of the other two products so I reached out to them via email, as that is what is instructed via their phone number..Currently, I have written three emails asking if they could let me know when the remaining items might get shipped.. and I get the automated response email stating someone will be contacting me within 24 hours.. it's now been a week and no one has contacted me..

Really hate leaving a bad review for a product I haven’t even gotten to use. But I placed an order at the end of last month and I got an email 9/1 saying my order has been shipped. I opened the tracker to see when it would arrive and it said 9/7.After doing some more reading through, verifying the address, my address was incorrect. And I believe the address automatically filled in a different address before I confirmed the order. There’s no way I typed in the address that was inputted and I didn’t get any kind of notification or alert saying the address was not found. It just automatically prefilled something elseI noticed this almost immediately after I got the shipped email and I reached out to customer support the very next day on 9/2 to see if there was anything I could do to get that address changed. yeah I know that is was a Saturday and I figured I’d most likely receive a response after the weekend.. after not hearing anything since for a week I reached out again on 9/8 (again a Friday) I figured I’d give it the weekend and probably get a response. Obviously it’s only Monday, but the fact that I haven’t received any kind of response other than the automated “you’ll receive a response in about 24 hours” and it’s been multiple days is unacceptable. Would really like it if someone can reach out to me in regards to my order because I would love to change this review and actually get to use the product, but the customer service currently is terrible.***EDIT*** after I originally posted this review I was immediately contacted about my order. I’m not sure where the disconnect was, but they were able to get my order fixed fast and sent back to me. They were very apologetic and prompt in their response after the review.I haven’t had a whole lot of time to actually use the product, but I did do a test spot quickly and already see improvement!

I purchased the water spot remover for the awful water spots on my 2007 Sportage. Tried Adam's and Chemical Guys with no results. Ordered more X2 than I wanted because of previously mentioned issue others have noted with the website not allowing adjustment and addition/removal of items prior to final submission. Be careful when ordering. Didn't do my due diligence till after ordering and saw the BBB "F' rating which made me feel dumb. However, the product was shipped USPS Priority mail and arrived complete in less than a week. No complaints on that. Right away tried a little on the window for a few minutes as I'd seen in videos and got nothing. Oh, well. Went back out today to really give it a longer workout and now I'm sold. It really works! It just takes more elbow grease on my cruddy windows. See my photos with the spots visible on the left and the circular newly clear area on the right. Thank you Sud Factory!

I was scrolling through Instagram when I came across Sud Factory's Dissolve X2. The ad showed how it expertly cleans water spots and iron deposits from a car's paintwork. I decided to buy it and test it on my own vehicle. It did an exceptional job, just like in the ad, leaving my car's paintwork looking as good as new. The performance of this product is clear.

This seems to be the only place they respond. I have tried calling emailing etc. Had a similar issue as a previous reviewer, the cart added an extra order I had not requested but was charged for. I have not received my order and no updates have been made to the shipping tracking since Sept 2. The phone number listed is unmonitored as I am assuming the customer service portal and email box. For such a positively reviewed product the customer service needs a jump start.

This business has NO customer service, just robotic emails. They do not answer the phone, nor do they actually ship orders. I have been waiting since July 22, 2023 for my order that was "shipped". Turns out all they did was take my money and create a shipping label.Per the owner's response - I received an order on Sep 9 as promised, and a credit to my account for the original order. ??? This company gives local business a bad name. Sad.Buyers BEWARE!!!This company, Sud Factory (should rename to Sad Factory) continues to ignore my requests/ emails to cancel excess orders I did not place. I originally placed 1 order ($71.99) and accidentally added an extra order but shopping cart would NOT allow changes. I now ended up with 3 orders and been charged for all 3 ($49.99, $71.99 and $69.99). They charged my credit card for 2 unauthorized charges. I gave them 6 days to resolve, as of now,no reply, no calls. Good products, maybe. But very dishonest ways of doing business and worst customer service.The “About” page on their website are all lies, what good are the principles and beliefs you stated if you do not follow through?

I would love to try the products and hate to give a bad review. I placed an order about three weeks ago. The auto fill didn't put my apartment number down for my shipment (totally my bad). The package got shipped back to Sud Factory. I have called and sent multiple emails with no response, and no refund.

I've spent countless hours caring for my car over the years, and I've used countless tire dressings. But none have been as effective as the Glaze Tire, Rubber, and Plastic Dressing. It provides an incredible shine that lasts, its non-greasy and so simple to apply. They were responsive in addressing all my inquiries in a clear and comprehensive manner. Even after my purchase I still had questions and they were there every step of the way. Had tto change my address as I put the wrong one in there from my previous house and it was quickly resolved. Got my products on time still and most of all ti works. Well spent dollars.
